Maki Investments was founded by Kitty & Suveer Gill, a husband and wife team of entrepreneurs and industry executives who recognised a gap in the private equity landscape. Too often, we witnessed financial buyers who failed to understand the soul of the businesses they acquired, focusing solely on financial metrics while neglecting the human elements that truly drive success.

Our founding team has experienced both sides of the acquisition process—as entrepreneurs who built and sold businesses, and as investors who recognized the importance of preserving what makes each company special while providing resources for growth.
